...Ali Lohan

What has happened to Ali Lohan? We all know about her sister's troubled life but it seems as if her sister has begun her own, but in a totally different way. For years people have suspected Lindsay Lohan of having had some sort of cosmetic work, mostly breast and lips, but it seems as if there is much more proof that her 17 year old sister has had work done on her face. Ali's face looks much thinner and more defined. She seems to have gotten cheek implants, lip fillers and a nose job. She looks very thin as well. This may have something if not all to do with her new contract with NEXT Model Management, which she singed last month. You could make an argument that she developed with age, but this is the same argument that Michael Jackson made many many many times. Though she looks like a European fashion model, it does not seem natural for her. If she did lose weight, maybe she lost too much... Honestly...no matter how much she changes her appearance as long as Lindsay Lohan is her sister, Dina Lohan is active in her life and she has the last name Lohan, she will only go so far. I am sure she will eventually regret this, probably after her botched breast augmentation. I am giving her, or maybe I should be giving this to her mother, a Digit Down.

...Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag

Do you remember the good old days of 2007 when MTV's most popular show was about young 20 somethings in L.A.? Do you remember the villains of that show Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag? Well look at them now. Apparently they are sad, broke and full of regrets. In a new interview with "The Daily Beast" Spencer and Heidi opened up about their life post fame.

On their relationship: When asked if they'd ever split, this is how the two responded: "Spencer: 'No.' Heidi: 'No.' Spencer: 'Not for one minute.' Heidi: 'We've never even been apart.'"

On money: "We never had any!" Spencer told the Beast. They said they spent about $2 million on Heidi's failed music career. Additionally, they bought a whole lot of stuff they didn't need. "I probably spent a million dollars on suits and fancy clothes," Spencer said. "My whole million-dollar wardrobe -- I would never wear that again. They're props. Everything we were doing, we were buying props. I bought a big blue monster truck just to drive it on 'The Hills' for an episode. Never drove it again."

On plastic surgery: "Obviously I wish I didn't do it," she said. "I would go back and not have any surgery. It doesn't help. I got too caught up in Hollywood, being so into myself and my image. I don't regret anything, but if I could go back, I wouldn't do it... I made a lot of wrong decisions too quickly. So many wrong rights and lefts and then you're just off the road. Things happened so quickly."

On life post "fame": "It's like what 70-year-olds do," Spencer said. "We're reading a lot of books... Now all we eat are tacos and burritos. Whereas we used to eat at Cut." Heidi added: "We're watching movies... I do a lot of laundry. A lot of laundry. We're training our dogs, so I'm cleaning up less poop inside, which is great."

Basically they are trying to win back the public. You know what? I smell a couple fishing for a new reality show! I do see them coming back for one last hooray, but I doubt they are as broke as they claim. Spencer's family has money and I am sure they still support him in some way. They did bring this on themselves, however I ma sure they were playing a role, a role they could not play well. MTV left them before they left MTV. Spencer went crazy on the show and they were not even invited to the party for the last episode of "The Hills". Then he went crazy on another show and was sent home early. They are the classic case of fame gone bad. Heidi was quick and eager to put her name and or face on any and every product thrown her way, now she is a bad joke. Spencer was the over bearing boyfriend/manager who killed his career and Heidi's by association. Now the only thing they have, or so they claim, is love, if that. I am giving Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag a Digit Down, no sympathy from me at all.

...Bristol Palin

Did she or did she not? Bristol Palin is back int he news, but this time it is for something...new. There are photos of her sporting a new look, a new face per se. A new chin actually. Did she get cosmetic surgery? Well the jury is still out...NOT! Though she has not confirmed it, it really looks like she has gotten some work done. She could say that maybe she just lost weight from all of that dancing she did last year, but I doubt it. Moving to Arizona she has a lot of freedom to do a lot of whatever she wants without the paparazzi following her. I am going to give her a Digit Up though because I am all for cosmetic surgery that is done properly and it is her body and her choice, go Bristol go.

...Cindy Jackson

If you know me then you know I am so pro plastic and cosmetic surgery you would think I was a doctor myself. I love the positive effects it can cause and I love that we live in a world that gives us an option to change what we do not like about ourselves. I woke up today and started watching television, actually I just turned it on and put my head back under the covers. I heard them mention this and i instantly perked up. I saw this woman, this record holder for the most cosmetic surgery, and I said to myself, "wow she looks good." Cindy has had 52 procedures, 14 of which were surgical, and she is 55. She does not look like your average 55 year old, and I respect that. I would love to meet Cindy and get some 1-on-1 pointers on how to go about getting proper surgery and maybe even go to her doctors. ...Heidi Montag

Divorces are happening this week, and so are the women who are getting them. Heidi Montag is going back under the knife to get her boobs done..again. I remember on the final season of "The Hills" she mentioned she wanted bigger boobs later in the future. Well the future is here and she has reneged on that. She wants to go from a size G to a D telling Life&Style magazine "My boobs are crushing me." Along with her boobs she seems t be having problems with her nose ummm....staying in place? She tells the magazine, "I don't want my nose to fall off like Michael Jackson's." Understandable but it seems like the damage is already done. Heidi might have the money to make this happen though. Rumors are swirling that her husband, maybe soon to be ex husband, Spencer Pratt is trying to sell multiple sex tapes of her an a Playboy Bunny. At 1st she denied it but now it seems as if she is looking to make a deal with Vivid. Anyway I am going to give Heidi a Digit Up for finally looking in the mirror and seeing the clown she has created.
