...Ali Lohan

What has happened to Ali Lohan? We all know about her sister's troubled life but it seems as if her sister has begun her own, but in a totally different way. For years people have suspected Lindsay Lohan of having had some sort of cosmetic work, mostly breast and lips, but it seems as if there is much more proof that her 17 year old sister has had work done on her face. Ali's face looks much thinner and more defined. She seems to have gotten cheek implants, lip fillers and a nose job. She looks very thin as well. This may have something if not all to do with her new contract with NEXT Model Management, which she singed last month. You could make an argument that she developed with age, but this is the same argument that Michael Jackson made many many many times. Though she looks like a European fashion model, it does not seem natural for her. If she did lose weight, maybe she lost too much... Honestly...no matter how much she changes her appearance as long as Lindsay Lohan is her sister, Dina Lohan is active in her life and she has the last name Lohan, she will only go so far. I am sure she will eventually regret this, probably after her botched breast augmentation. I am giving her, or maybe I should be giving this to her mother, a Digit Down.

I will have to agree withthese men, for the most part. Though personally I am more tired of hearign about Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber overall, they got the jist of everything correct. I am going to have to give Men a Digit Up.

...Lindsay

Who is Lindsay? Add Lohan...now we are talking. Lindsay Lohan is dropping her last name and will only go by Lindsay. She is not alone though. Her mother Dina and sister Ali will be dropping the Lohan and going back to Dina's maiden name Sullivan. A couple of weeks ago Lindsay's younger brother Michael said he was going to drop his last name in order to avoid the confusion between he and his father. A couple of days ago Lindsay's dad was arrested on charges of domestic abuse of his girlfriend. I guess the whole family wants to break the "curse' of the Lohan name. Lindsay was on the fence about dropping her surname until last year's E-trade Super Bowl commercial in which they referenced a baby as "that milkaholic Lindsay." Lindsay is pretty much unhireable in Hollywood due to her legal problems, she is forever in and out of court. No one will insure her so no one will hire her for a movie role. I love the song "A New Life" by Pet Shop Boys, so I can understand what she is trying to do. I myself have had a name change or 3 myself. I just hope that she knows that a name change alone will not change her life, she herself has to be ready to change as well. I am going to give her a Digit Up because I think that she may finally be ready to grow up and move on past her troubled younger days, though she will always be Lindsay Lohan to the public, at least for a few years anyway.

...Lindsay Lohan

So Lindsay wen to court and she got some bad news, she will be facing jail time no matter what! Now while that is bad I am going to say that I am on her side. I do find it very reasonable that she could have walked out of that jewelry store in Venice, CA without knowing it was on her neck. If you look in the picture above you can see how thin the $2,500 necklace is. I also have a problem with the necklace costing $2,500 but that is for another day. I am also taking her side because she gave the necklace back by turning it in to the police before they were able to search her home. I give her credit for not being so public with her partying and if she is drinking then she is doing it privately, although not drinking would be best. She will be going to jail because this judge is more hands on and she has been to court 9 times in 9 months! She violated her 2007 probation and this judge sees it as enough is enough. This time Lindsay might have been able to get off, but it is just too late. I am going to give her a Digit Up in support, because it will REALLY help her out, and because if sh does decide to fight it, she has a small but good chance of winning.

It seems as if Miss Lohan has gotten herself into major trouble, more trouble than ever before. She will be charged with felony grand theft for a $2,500 necklace she apparently stole form a store in Venice, CA called Kamofie and Co. There was a search warrant to search her home but the necklace was turned in before the police made it to her home, maybe she was hiding something more sinister... Lohan will have to appear in court later today for an arraignment because of the charges. These charges could lead to prison time. Even if t is celebrity prison, she would still have to be locked up somewhere for a while, not cool. She is on probation and a judge threatened to throw her in jail if she got into more trouble. She and her attorney still deny the allegations and they may have a case, but who knows. I am going to give Lindsay a Digit Down because she seemed to be doing so well but this is just not good at all. I have a feeling that maybe she did take it, even if it was a misunderstanding, it could be the one that lands her in prison.

...Admitting the Truth...About Drug Use

Both Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan have come clean about their drug use, sort of. Lindsay Lohan failed a court-ordered drug test, possibly her 1st since being released from jail and court-ordered rehab just 20 or so days ago. She confirmed this via Twitter saying, "Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test." She continued later by adding, "Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it." For each time she violates her probation or misses a drug test she will be ordered to serve 30 days in jail. If true then she will be off to jail in less than 2 weeks. Although even if she did go to jail 30 days would result in a few hours or a couple of days. I really do hope she gets it all straightened out eventually, she seemed to be getting there but then those reports of her staying out all night at clubs, but they said she was not drinking, but drugs and drinking are different.


On the other hand there is Miss Hilton, Paris Hilton to be exact. She has made a deal with the D.A. in Las Vegas to avoid jail time. Instead she will serve 1 year of probation complete a drug abuse program, pay a $2,000 fine and serve 200 hours of community service and avoid a felony conviction. This is just typical Hilton. She doe not live in Vegas so this will not be a major hit for her, although some say she will miss the Vegas party money, she can party everywhere else and still make money. I doubt she cares much about this and I doubt this will be the last time she gets into trouble dealing with drugs. If she gets into any trouble while on probation she will have to serve a year of jail, this could actually happen. Probation did not stop her in 2007 and it may not stop her in 2010, but this time it will be worse for her. For some reason I think she may care less and be more reckless than Lindsay, this new Lindsay anyway. I do hope that both girls gt their acts together and go back to being good at whatever it is they do, acting and...being famous for being famous? Actually both could make another album, I would probably buy it. Until then though I must give them a Digit Down, but coming clean about it is a nice improvement.
